Yoga means UNION. Although many people think this term refers to union between body, mind and spirit, the traditional acceptance is the union of one's individual consciousness with Universal Consciousness

Yoga postures / asanas increase flexibility and suppleness of the body. The postures / asanas not only produce physical benefits, but are also mental exercises in concentration and meditation, promoting optimum good health.
