Classes focus on stretching, strengthening and increasing suppleness of the body through the yoga postures along with breathing techniques and relaxation. As well as the physical benefits, yoga postures are also mental exercises in concentration and meditation and promote optimum good health. You will leave feeling calm, vibrant and with a sense of renewed peace.
